Community Guidelines
40Tell is for real moments, shared memories and respectful storytelling. These guidelines apply to photos, albums, captions, comments, profiles and messages.
Be respectful
Do not bully, threaten, harass, target or repeatedly contact people who do not want to interact with you. Do not publish private information about someone without permission.
Keep it safe
Do not post credible threats, instructions for serious harm, graphic violence, sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material or content that encourages dangerous wrongdoing. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.
Respect rights and privacy
Only upload content you created or have permission to share. Do not impersonate people, expose personal data, or use someone’s image in a misleading or harmful way.
No abuse of the service
Do not spam, scam, manipulate engagement, scrape the service, probe accounts, evade blocks or moderation, distribute malware, or use 40Tell for unlawful activity.
How enforcement works
You can report a photo, album or comment from its menu, or report another profile from that profile's menu. We may review reports, limit distribution, remove content, restrict features or suspend accounts. We consider context, severity, repeated behavior and safety risk. If you believe an action was mistaken, email [email protected].
These guidelines work together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. We may update them as the community and safety needs evolve.
